Regarding Agent Thomas S. Sanchez

To Whom it may Concern:

This is to advise the reader that agent Thomas Sanchez represented me and my brother recently in the sale of two real estate transactions.

Mr. Sanchez found qualified buyers for both properties in a very timely manner, as well as having processed the sales in a very expeditious and efficient manner.

In the sale of our second property, as it turned out, was a much more complicated situation, due to the uniqueness of the property and the area in which it was located. There were numerous problems associated with the sale, none of which had anything to do with Mr. Sanchez. In spite of all the difficulties, too numerous to mention at length, but among other things included a myriad of unreasonable request, missed appointments and what I would characterize as "game playing" by the sellers, Mr.Sanchez moved the sale to the successful closing of escrow without undue inconvenience to me, the seller.

In the strongest possible terms, I would not hesitate to have him manage any of our future real estate needs. He truly did outstanding work for us, paying acute attention to minute detail, and going above and beyond that which is normally required or expected of a real estate agent.

Stepping into the realm of home ownership is quite daunting to the first time home buyer. It was one of the rare times in my life that I felt completely out of control. Everyone had something to say and I had no idea who to listen to. All I knew was that I wanted a home. Our first agent seemed too busy to "waste" his time with us. He rushed us from place to place and really didn't seem like he was fighting to get us a house. We were left quite disappointed on several occasions as he drove off in his new Mercedes Benz. After we wised up and fired our original agent we were referred to Tom.

I knew I liked Tom from our first meeting. He was kind, warm and so patient when it came to our many questions about the real estate business. Being a family man himself , he understood our financial limitations and was able to work around our hectic schedule. Our daughter even started asking for Tom when he wasn't around! I know Tom did his best to get us the best possible home for what we could afford. He always made us feel as if we were his only clients and it was his sole purpose in life to find our dream home.

He did find us our dream home and I am more than happy to recommend him to anybody. Even after escrow closed Tom still continues to give us advice as an agent looking out for his clients and a friend doing what is right. The world of real estate is not a place that I would normally like to live in, but with Tom Sanchez as a guide I would gladlyexplore it anytime.
